Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before final design approval and printing has started.
- Once the design is approved and the order is moved to production, cancellations are not permitted.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through our official contact channels.
New Graphics And Print World reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests based on the order status.
Returns Policy
Since our products are custom-made and printed as per customer specifications:
- Returns are not accepted for completed and delivered orders.
- Minor variations in color, size, or finish are considered industry-standard and are not eligible for return.
- Products approved by the customer before printing are considered final.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging must be provided as proof.
- Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or reprint at our discretion.
No refunds will be issued for minor defects or design-related issues approved by the customer.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not applicable once the order has entered the production stage.
- If a refund is approved (in exceptional cases), it will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized printed materials
- Promotional items
- Personalized gifts (mugs, t-shirts, photo products, etc.)
- Orders with customer-approved designs
